Research, development and quality control share the same corridor as production. Whoever formulates follows the batch through to release.

Inputs and raw materials

What decides whether a batch goes in or not

  1. Quarantine on arrival

    No input enters production before being identified, sampled and approved. Until then it stays in a separate physical area.

  2. Report re-analysis

    The supplier's report is checked here: acid value, fatty acid profile, color, density and pH.

  3. Traceable origin

    Every native oil has a declared chain — harvesting community, harvest season and pressing batch.

  4. Right of refusal

    An out-of-spec batch is returned, even with a high replacement cost and a tight production deadline.

From the factory to the salon

Six steps to your chair

  1. Approved raw material

    Sampling, re-analysis and release of the raw material by quality control.

  2. Manufacturing

    Weighing, emulsion and pH adjustment in a batch identified from start to finish.

  3. Batch tests

    Physicochemical and microbiological testing of the real batch, not just the pilot formula.

  4. Filling and coding

    Batch number and expiry date printed, with a retention sample set aside.

  5. Release

    Signature of the technical manager. Without that signature the batch does not leave the factory.

  6. Distributor and salon

    Authorized distribution with a technical protocol and application training included.
